Connect and pay your AI provider directly. You manage application settings, integrations and content. Tokens, GPU compute, local model serving and application development are separate from hosting.

Is AI usage included?
No. Bring compatible AI provider credentials and pay that provider directly for models, embeddings and other API usage. Hosting prices include no tokens, GPU or local model serving. A consumer chat subscription may not include API access.
What do I receive?
One application instance, an HTTPS login URL on a kadakhost.cloud subdomain, and initial credentials through a secure handover. You connect your AI provider and configure the application. Standard fresh-instance setup is included; migrations and custom work are quoted separately.
Are the resources shared?
OpenClaw, Hermes, AnythingLLM and Langflow have separate application stacks on shared servers. CPU figures are maximum shared limits, not reserved cores. RAM limits cover the entire stack, including its database and workers. OpenHands uses a separate customer hosting environment; its underlying CPU is still shared.
Are backups included in the price?
Yes. Daily off-server backups of supported persistent application data with seven daily restore points are included, along with hosting restore assistance. Backups use separate storage and do not reduce your application storage allowance. Restore times are not guaranteed; keep your own copies of important data too.
Where is my application hosted?
AI Hosting runs in India, subject to capacity confirmed before payment. Backup storage can be outside India; we disclose the backup region during onboarding. Your selected AI and tool providers may process data elsewhere. Tell us before ordering if you require India-only data storage.
What does support cover?
Standard deployment, hosting availability, HTTPS, routine maintenance and backup operations. You manage prompts, workflows, documents, integrations and generated code. Support is Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST, excluding public holidays, by ticket and email. Response times and uptime are not guaranteed.
What happens at a plan limit?
CPU may be throttled, memory exhaustion can stop processes, and full storage can prevent writes. At the outbound transfer allowance, service may be restricted until an agreed upgrade or the next cycle. No automatic overage charges apply. Backup traffic is excluded from your allowance; other external tool and API traffic counts.
Can I upgrade?
Yes. We confirm capacity and coordinate any restart or migration. Plans do not include automatic scaling, high availability or failover. Prices are monthly and exclude applicable taxes. Billing and activation are confirmed after we check your requirements.
